Our sessions are designed to help you develop a deeper appreciation for beer, as we guide you through the sensory analysis of different brews and help you identify the unique flavors that make them so special.

Troye May is a highly respected figure in the South African home-brew and craft beer community. With over 10 years of experience as a beer judge, Troye’s expert knowledge of beer styles and flavours has earned him a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable figures in the industry.
