Subject: Gravity
NEW Subject Alert: Gravity is an often overlooked component in beer tasting and brewing, but the amount of sugar in your wort can dictate quite a few characteristics of your final beer, not to mention how it balances with bitterness. We will focus our attention on mouthfeel in this lesson, and try identify the physical attributes of a beer.
