What is Beer School?
If you’re a beer lover or just curious about this ancient beverage, Beer School has got you covered! Our sessions are designed to help you develop a deeper appreciation for beer, as we guide you through the sensory analysis of different brews and help you identify the unique flavors that make them so special.

But don’t worry, we won’t bore you with complex scientific jargon or chemical compounds. Instead, we present the information in a way that’s easy to digest and enjoyable to learn. Our classes are perfect for everyone from newbies who are just starting to explore the world of craft beer, to homebrewers looking to perfect their recipes, to commercial brewers who want to expand their knowledge of ingredients and beer styles.

NEW for 2024

It’s time for you to become an OFFICIAL BEER TASTER!

Beer School just got better with an actual qualification. Who ever thought that drinking beer would help you get smarter? (Well, quite a few people I’m guessing) You can now brag to your friends and colleagues that you’re in training to become an Official Beer Taster.

The steps are simple:

Join in for at least six sessions of Beer School, anywhere in the country.
Write a tasting exam where you must identify certain characteristics of different beers.
When you pass, you will receive your pin – Official Beer Taster

All sessions now come with one unit that goes towards becoming an Official Beer Taster.
