Beer School Plettenberg Bay – One Session

R350.00

This is for the 3rd Beer School session in Plettenberg Bay at Barrington’s Brewery on Thursday 21 November 2024, from 18:30 to 20:30 approximately.

Subject: Beer & Cheese pairing

Arguably one of the most popular sessions at Beer School, we look at how beer interacts and changes with food, specifically cheese. Instead of me pairing the beer and food, I let you decide which ones work the best. This sessions includes six artisanal cheeses and six beers to pair with.

[Please note we have a strict One-Bum-One-Seat policy. This means you will need to purchase a ticket should you wish to sit in on the session.]

What is Beer School?

If you’re a beer lover or just curious about this ancient beverage, Beer School has got you covered! Our sessions are designed to help you develop a deeper appreciation for beer, as we guide you through the sensory analysis of different brews and help you identify the unique flavors that make them so special.

But don’t worry, we won’t bore you with complex scientific jargon or chemical compounds. Instead, we present the information in a way that’s easy to digest and enjoyable to learn. Our classes are perfect for everyone from newbies who are just starting to explore the world of craft beer, to homebrewers looking to perfect their recipes, to commercial brewers who want to expand their knowledge of ingredients and beer styles.

So why not grab a cold one and join us for an exciting and educational journey into the wonderful world of beer?

Cheers!
