How to make Gummy Beers You need the good type of How to make Gummy Beers You need the good type of gelatine, not the leaves. Also remember that beer can be very bitter when reducing over the flame. Sugar appropriately. 300ml beer (reduced to 200ml) 36 grams gelatine 36 grams sugar 20 grams honey Boil beer in your cauldron. Separate half into container, then add gelatine to it for 5minutes. With the remaining liquid, stir and dissolve sugar and honey over low heat. Now add gelatinous liquid back to pot. Keep stirring until dissolved. Pour into your mould or shapes. Wait 3 hours, then separate them into container overnight. Lasts up to one week. #beertime #beerschool #gummybeers #beersweets
