Mikkeller might not sound familiar to the average beer consumer, but once you see one of the many different label designs it’s instantly recognisable. The Danish brewing company was formed in 2006 and quickly grew in popularity and size around the world. The interesting thing is that they are probably the most popular “gypsy” brewers in the world, meaning they don’t actually own a brewery but rather contract brew.
They now export to over 40 countries with South Africa being its newest territory. Devils Peak Brewing Company have stepped up to the plate to brew their beer, and what mighty fine beer it is.
